1. In building a tradition, we will bring enthusiasm, excitement, devotion,
intensity, ambition,passion and spirit to the team, school, and community.

2. We will not accept mediocrity. We will hold any coach, player, or
representative of this program accountable. We will strive to be the best in
everything we do and the image we project.

3. Each area of our program will not allow egos or selfish attitudes to become
obstacles that would hinder our best efforts. The consistent approach of team
play and maximum effort will be emphasized to bring overall team success.

4. Develop an attitude of respect for all members of the program.

5. We will be leaders on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

6. We are united: Believing in each other. We are a football family.

7. Our program will be progressive in that we will be competitive on the state,
regional, and national levels.

8. Our program will be progressive in having facilities that are second to none
in the state and the region.

9. Both the staff and the players will maintain their focus on our established
team goals and will formulate and execute plans to overcome obstacles along
the way.

10. Our staff, players, school, and community will forgo showing weakness in
dealing with negative influences that attempt to hinder our program. Our
strength will be determined by the support we receiver from each other.

4. We must be life long learners. Football is an ever changing game and we
must work as hard as possible to develop ourselves professionally so we can
put our kids in the best situations.

loyal to each other and take care of one another. Disloyalty is the ultimate sin
in the coaching profession.

6. We will produce quality student athletes that are recognized for scholastic
and athletic achievements.

7. We will build confidence, self-esteem and feeling of contribution within each
person associated with our program.

8. We will out prepare and out work our opponents. Our kids will be better
coached and better prepared on a weekly basis.

9. We will only stress the positive attributes when communicating about our
players and will make every effort to see that each player experiences success.
